“We purchased our home on Lot 2 from Dan four years ago. He is an exceptional homebuilder. We were drawn by the high level of craftmanship in his homes. The floor and sides of the showers were fully tiled, the gutters were connected to underground pipes allowing any rainwater to be directed away from the foundation, the rear deck was fully enclosed and had a beautiful ceiling fan, etc. These features and many others were over and above what we found in homes from mass production builders. We are thrilled with our Deerfield Home and highly recommend them to you!”
